A special thanks goes to the family and friends of Hong Jiang. Her mother, Paixiang Jiang was such a good cook! I gained ten pounds while staying at her home. Jiang's father, Fuchun Wang was always a gentleman. He and I had a connection despite his physical problems. All of Jiang's brothers and sister were so helpful. They all helped me realize that the Chinese people are some of the most civilized in the world. Without Jiang's assistance I would never have seen Xi'an, The Great Wall, and the Forbidden City. And finally, a special thanks for all of the gifts and dinner parties, including the World Trade Center meetings. You all are always welcome at my home anytime.
